Literally just typed "Hi There" into the chat window, hit return.
This might have something to do with my account being all messed up. No one in tech support seems to know why, but at least now you have some data.
I -beleive- it is because I had a temp account, then another. The first temp account is still on my account, but expired. The second was on there and 'valid' but it seemed like the expired account 'took over'.
