combinate TC4 and TC6 research (enhancement)

I think it's a good idea to combine TC4 and TC6 research (can be disabled in the config). The two mechanics will complement each other, and people will be able to use both the research mechanics from Thaumcraft 4 and Thaumcraft 6 together I think it will be interesting
