Compiling / Development Environment #4

Hello. This is more of a question than an issue. What version of Ubuntu was this developed in? Did you have Python installed? If so, which version? When running "$ sudo make all" from 'monero-android-lib-master/external-libs' , I keep getting this error :
script/toolchain-build.sh
installing /opt/android/ndk-r17c arm --api 21 --stl=libc++
/usr/bin/env: ‘python’: No such file or directory
Makefile:23: recipe for target 'toolchain' failed
make: *** [toolchain] Error 127
Do you have some more information on the development environment? I'm using
ubuntu 18.04
Android Studio 3.4
Android SDK API level 29
openJDK 11.0.3
python 3.7 ($ sudo apt install python3.7)
