Add font picker and background image uploader to customizer

Currently there is already an image loader under the newly created 'appearance' tab in the customizer. We would like for this to be an option for the user to choose if their site has a background image or not. 
Also, under the text/ or appearance tabs in customizer we would also like there to be a font picker.
