Same as 1.3, but giving full bump because breaking changes:

• Updated approach to using generator. Fewer options, now just ability to create lots of plugin templates.
• Change to /lib instead of /vendor for composer.
• Added .gitignore and removed some superfluous, generic OSS files (more to return in a template).
