Description

Comments title block generates a string like One response to “Test post title” when English language is chosen in general settings. But setting up and choosing Russian language makes generated comments title string looking like Один комментарий на «“Test post title”». Two pairs of different qoutes are added. It happenes both in site editor and on website.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Setup and enable Russian (Русский) language in General options -> Site Language
2. Add Comments Query Loop to the Single Post template
3. Add comment to some post
