Incorrect Dimensions Reported

Description

Clicking any image from search results reports dramatically reduced dimensions. Opening that search result in a new tab reports larger dimensions, but still less the original.

Reproduction

You can reproduce this with any image from any source, but for simplicity, let's just focus on the one I screenshotted.

1. Search images, limited to WP Photo Directory, for "wet pavement".
2. Click the result that is solely dark, wet, pavement, and notice that the dimensions reported are 600 × 449 pixels.
3. Open that result in a new tab, and notice that the dimensions reported are 2048 × 1536 pixels.
4. Click the Get This Image button, which takes you to the photo on the WP Photo Directory, and notice that the dimensions reported are 4032 × 3024 pixels.
