UI/UX Design for Profile and History Page

Coming back to #63.
We should change the way how the display of the hosts and the results is shown. As of now the logo and name are directly linking to the URL of the user.
We want to change this that there is a new profile page for the reporters that show some more information as well as the list of the last tests performed by that specific user.

First idea:

Each profile will get their own page with links to their homepage and a (limited) text to describe their offering.
Additionally the table is able to show multiple environments per revision on one profile

Hi! I’m joining Contributor Day at WordCampUS and I’m new to contributing. I’d love to help with this issue. From what I understand, the idea is to create a dedicated profile page for reporters that shows their homepage link, a short description, and their recent test history.

As a starting point, I can work on sketching a simple wireframe/mockup of how this page might look. Would that be helpful?

Thank you @lunadwivedi ! Looks nice! As a next step we'd need to figure out how to implement this change on the technical end.

The current results landing page uses a shortcode to plug host result data into the page. wp-admin edit page here

Test results can be displayed through a query string block but theres no way yet (that I know of) to filter by a host name or variable thats passed from another page at this time. Will need to look into this further.
