Feature Request: WXR File Containing Test Data for Facilitating Local Development Across Multiple Hosts #106

I would like to suggest a new feature for the PHPUnit Test Reporter Plugin.
The enhancement involves the provision of a WordPress eXtended RSS (WXR) file. This file would contain pre-configured test data specifically designed to be used for the local development environment.
The aim is to allow developers to quickly populate their local setup with this test data, which would help immensely in accelerating the testing and development process.
