Props bot: Misattributing author of commit.

The props bot left a comment on #70766 suggesting I add a Co-authored-by trailer to my commit for the listed author of the only commit in the branch. I’m guessing it’s assuming authorship by the name on the PR and not by the name on the commit.

Inspecting the git commit shows the authorship and distinction between author and committer.

Hm. Thanks @Mamaduka — I tried to transfer the issue, but that repo wasn’t offered to me. Perhaps this is because I’m not a member on that one? Are you able to see that when you try?
