Add wp-cli support

👍 on this request. It would be excellent to have the option to turn 2fa options on/off for a specific users or for all users on a site.

If turning it on the only option that you could force would probably be email since it's the only one that doesn't require some user interaction.

Yeah, an option to turn off 2FA would be great.

Maybe something like

wp user 2fa disable <ID|email>
wp user 2fa enable <ID|email> # set 2FA to use Email Provider

I think ideally the functionality would be in the plugin now, and if the core two-factor merged into core, then we can pitch it to merge into wp-cli itself.
