Removing blog references on Docusaurus (#2456)

## Motivation for the change, related issues

The Playground Documentation contains references to strings used for a
blog version. Although the team's version does not utilize this blogging
functionality, contributors continue to translate these strings. To
avoid unnecessary work from our contributors, I have removed the
unnecessary references to the Blog functionality.

This pull request removes all the folders related to the blog, on the
current translations, and removes the strings from the `code.json` file.
