The preview site button opens a new tab with the playground UI

Prerequisites

• I have carried out troubleshooting steps and I believe I have found a bug.
• I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug

When the user is working on the site editor, there is one link to preview the website. When users click that, it opens a new tab with the playground, without the playground admin bar.

Expected behavior

The preview button can open a new tab while keeping the playground admin bar open.
Another alternative is to create a tab navigation inside the playground

Actual behavior

The preview button opens a tab with the URL requested without the playground admin panel

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the site editor
2. Click on view icon at the top right menu
3. Select the option view site

Isolating the problem

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only this plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
