Enh: Update CLI #53
Description
In order to have a similar CLI across most of EWoC packages, the ewoc_sen2cor CLI need to be updated
- Drop Click for Argparse
- Change sub-commands for multiple entry-points
- Use same debug levels
- Link python code log level with the subprocess log level (sen2cor)
