Performance improvements Taskflow

Loading the local/taskflow/index.php takes many seconds on ksw, especially uncached.

• find out which shortcode is the cuprit (i guess supervisorteam), but it might be more than one
• verify all indices. Are they correctly created?
• Develop a strategy how to improve performance
• Implement it
• Test it

Root cause was chart loading every assignement individually
