Small fixes for Performance

• Actions are wrongly labeld "Purges the cache after each shortcode execution" actually executes "Purges the cache before the first shortcode execution"

• Action descriptions are not localised for german

• When changing to a different shortcode via klick on the list, the label above the submit Button (Your current shortcode is [allekurseliste]) does not change
