Documentation format is inconsistent

Doc format is not the same everywhere, which is a big deal as we should converge towards docstrings compatible with sphinx / readthedoc.

First, we have to decide on a convention here. We can reuse Tick's if we don't want to argue forever.

And yes, I consider this to be a bug :)
