[Feature] Add user network for OpenRank Contribution Leaderboard #88

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched existing issues, it hasn't been reported yet
Use case description
Right now, we only support repo level contribution network in OpenRank Contribution Leaderboard.
Actually we can support user level network too and the details should be what repos they participant in and the contribution OpenRank score they got in these repos.
This also requires more development in OpenDigger.
