• 💬 Idea Description: OpenDigger primarily produces CHAOSS and OpenRank metrics for open-source repositories. To gain better insights into open-source data, we need richer and multi-dimensional aggregation methods, such as obtaining indicators related to countries, enterprises, and technology fields. These metrics heavily depend on high-quality label data.
• 🎯 Goals/Deliverables: This idea aims to have developers collect label data across different dimensions (primarily enterprises, technology fields, and project groups) and store this data according to OpenDigger's format specifications in the OpenDigger repository, enabling subsequent metric production and open-source insights

添加新标签的流程：

对于当前已在标签中的仓库添加项目级标签

目前 OpenDigger 中包含大量的技术领域级标签，例如与 DBEngine 同步的数据库标签，与蚂蚁开源大模型全景图同步的大模型开发标签等。但其中很多标签还都是仓库级别的，即在标签中仅存在仓库级别数据。需要对这些数据增加项目级标签，其流程为：

• 一般包含在标签中的仓库为某项目的主仓库，为其建立项目级标签
• 找到该项目的发起方信息，为企业、研究机构、高校、基金会等，将项目标签置入发起主体标签下
• 若该主体为新增主体，则确定该主体所属国家地区，最好到省州级，并置入对应的地区标签下
• 为主仓库寻找其项目中其他仓库或组织，常见的如整个 org 均为该项目的组织，或例如 Apache 基金会中，多个仓库组成一个项目
• 将项目级标签置入原先的技术领域标签中

比较可行的方法是，如补齐数据库标签时，先找出过去一年 OpenRank 排名较高但尚未包含在 Project 标签中的仓库，然后为其逐一添加项目标签。过程中需要注意的是该项目标签增加后可能更新多处技术标签，如一个数据库项目可能包含在多个数据库标签子类中，同时可能还存在于大数据或云原生的技术标签中，需要注意去重避免出现标签重复。

对于全域中尚未添加标签的仓库添加项目级标签

对于全域中尚未添加标签的仓库，需要先找到其对应的技术领域标签，然后使用上述技术标签仓库的标注方法添加标签数据。

这个过程中，可以从 gh_repo_info 表获取到仓库的 README、description、topics 等数据用于快速确定仓库的技术领域，同时若该技术领域尚未存在，则可以新增技术领域标签，以使其更加完善。
