Can we add more detailed documentation listing out the steps for testing the builds locally for new contributors and developers before submitting PRs

OpenDigger focuses on open source metrics production with single repo and labeled data, so just run npm run test locally to test the changes, the test covers metrics test and basic label test, database driver test.
