Reenable XDMCP support

I confess last time I used XDMCP was about 2005. But I took it for granted it would still be around when I needed it.

It should still be there.
But haven't used it myself for long time now.

Its seems like the .c files are in the codebase. But any efforts the project may put in to further secure and modernize this functionality would be highly highly appreciated. 😀

XDMCP works with xdm at very least.
