Oh that's pretty cool, that would be a fun project. What kind of layout were you thinking for the start menu, if it's tile based like Windows 8 it could be good for HTPCs or basic tablets |

And there's Pascal, the best language in the entire universe. And a "pure" X11 widgetset: MSEide-MSEgui. ;-) |

Just finished my first TuWiM dev stream. I will be streaming development roughly once a week (possibly more often if weather permits), though there might be commits done off-stream. Link to first stream VOD is here (it would mean a lot for me if you could also follow my channel): https://kick.com/ultimateperfection/videos/d4b33c20-6910-4b5a-aac1-7884b895fac8 |

Did some code cleanups so I won't end up with million line main function, as well as added first pieces of ensuring TuWiM is only ran in a correct environment (X11). |

By the way, it would be nice from XLibre social media team to post about this project to show people that new X11 software is still being developed and in pure Xlib no less. |

So I've started this thing: https://github.com/darkhog/TuWiM
While the main goal for it is to develop a minimalistic, usable app launcher for TWM, the other two goals is for me to finally learn C (because I can't C well) and learn the inner workings of X11 so that hopefully in the future I can contribute to XLibre if I think I can do something of use.
