Create a list of changes and improvements to better promote XLibre

Describe the idea

We should have a wiki page that lists all of the new features and improvements that Xlibre adds over the original Xorg, what's completed and what's in progress and what has been discovered

It should be done because

When people want to know more about Xlibre, it's difficult to find an explanation about how it's better besides the basic "It's merging in four years of patches to X11 that were refused by Freedesktop such as tearfree, and it's added Xnamespaces which currently isn't being used much. In fact, havign a page on Xnamespaces and how it can be implemented in DEs and window environments would also be a good thing to have
