MacOS is a BSD fork beneath all the shiny Apple UIs, and X11 on Windows allows you to do X11 forwarding from the current king of the desktop computer. |

I came across code that allows Xlibre to run on macOS and Windows, which surprised me since it’s a display server and window manager specifically designed for Linux and BSD. Why should this be supported should it be dropped as less to maintain?
