Problem reinstalling mods

Just to give some context I was having an issue with a mod were I was advise to try reinstalling it as I had a similar issue to the other user and that fixed the issue for him.

I have unsubscribed the mod and deleted it as suggested but when I go on steam and resubscribed to the mod AML seem to not pick up on the fact the mod as been resubscribed too and its not downloading anything.

I tried refreshing the mod, resubscribe to uninstalled mods from the tools menu heck I even made sure show hidden mods is checked on.

I closed AML and restarted it fresh I even reboot my PC but nothing.

What is going on here ?

I have closed the discussion as I just reopened AML to launch Xcom2 WotC and lo and behold the mods I was trying to reinstall are popping up now.

Not sure if its me or some latency issue or whatnot but there is no need for this tread anymore.
