How do you recursively get file paths in a repo?

tree = repo.get_git_tree(repo.default_branch, recursive=True)
        
        # print the tree
        for item in tree.tree:
            print(item.path)

Trying to do this same functionality but with Octocrab. Looked all over the docs for something but I can find anything. I basically just want to retrieve all relative file paths in a repository.
