Neyman constructor easy initialisation #172
Description
At the moment, the neyman constructor seems quite cumbersome to initialise unless you do it via the runner. Ideally, the model initialisation should always be able to give you the same model as the runner for the same vconfig with the same complexity of initialisation (i.e. by just passing the config file) , this will help debugging and testing a lot.
