Moonlight error connection Switch 21.0.1/CNX 21.1.0/AMS 1.10.1

I already reinstaled moonlight via HB shop, and when i enter in the config area i try to connect via ping through apollo and then shows the image "the software was closed because an error ocurred" I already tried the 5GHz wi fi, but it doesn't work, can anyone help me? ( I am opening the app via title redirection)
