Add vanity url for service in all envs

Use Case

As a consumer of the service, I should know it is related to ffxivcensus.com.

Proposed Solution

• Route53 Zone file created in dev, non-prod, prod envs
• Record created as part of CDK deployment for API gateways
• API gateways attached to custom domains
