(mounts): Present endpoint that gets mount ids and names of a character Id

API gateway endpoint backed by lambda that invokes the method implemented in #1

Use Case

As a consumer of the API I should be able to ask for a remote server to process the mount ids and names of a character for me.

Proposed Solution

1. Amazon API Gateway v1
2. Lambda using Pupeteer via layer
3. Invokes method on library
4. Emit SQS message upon completion
