[Feature: QVST Free Input] Front - IOS Part, edit the model of data of QVST #231

⛔ BLOCKERS
In order to distribute the free input available on the IOS and Android part in time, we just modify the front and the functionality with XpeApp Admin will be done later.
🗒️ NOTES
In fact, employees cannot provide feedback on QVST, and the statistics show certain points which pose a problem and with this free contribution it will perhaps be easier to determine the cause of the problem.

🪜 STEPS
- Step 1: Imagine the model of the “Open question” page in figma
- Step 2: Create the page previously imagined
- Step 3: Called the endpoint openQuestion (previously defined in the backend)
- Step 4: Edit the bottom of the page to accommodate the use of the open-ended question
✅ ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
- We can now provide feedback of QVST on the XpeApp IOS.
