Terrible traffic congestion (Start around 20-12-2022)

Have anyone noticed the speed downgrade recently in China mainland?
Open a website need some minuters, happening during some minuters among 1~4pm (UTC+8).
Just as current moment, a low internet quality...

Originally think maybe servers have been interfered, but always wait for more time(now have waited for four minuters, and the discussion still can't send out) traffic will come back.
So now the new policy of gfw is using the low traffic outbound to disturb using mood?

Network explode again

Trace route among 8.8.8.8, find it is high delay between router 202.97.94.142 (China Telecom Next Generation Carrier Network, AS4809 (CN2)) and 202.97.95.170 (China Telecom Next Generation Carrier Network).
So maybe global optical fiber has been congest.

We found global fiber may exist some priority rulers to transmit traffic.

In Telecom traffic, if change websocket host name to China's native domain name will boost up speed.
