Tell me, If my operator provides free traffic to some sites, such as telegram, VK and others, can I, using reality, indicate the dest and serverNames of these sites in order to pretend that I am accessing these sites and not waste traffic my operator?

Let's say your operator allows free access to Telegram. Normally when you access telegram.org directly, your traffic would go directly to Telegram's servers and the requests would contain telegram.org as the domain.

If you setup Reality with dest as a Telegram server IP and serverName as telegram.org, but actually browse other non-free sites through it, there are a few ways this could be detected:

• The traffic is coming from your IP, not Telegram's own IPs which operator would expect.

• The volume of traffic to Telegram is abnormally large based on typical usage patterns.

• The traffic contains non-Telegram HTTP host headers and SNI data rather than telegram.org.

• The traffic goes to unexpected Telegram server IPs instead of their usual ranges.

• Any TLS fingerprints, certificates, or encryption would not match expected Telegram patterns.

So in summary, routing non-Telegram traffic disguised as Telegram traffic could be detected through volume patterns, IP anomalies, traffic contents, fingerprints, etc. The operator's systems are expecting true direct Telegram access, not proxies.
