Can I try to implement an extantion to standard Wireguard protocol called Advanced security configuration or Wireguard Amezia?. Or this PR won't be merged?

It offers protection against detection by Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) systems. At the same time, it retains the simplified architecture and high performance of the original.

Following paraments are using for obfuscation:

• junk_packet_count;
• junk_packet_min_size;
• junk_packet_max_size;
• init_packet_junk_size;
• response_packet_junk_size;
• init_packet_magic_header;
• response_packet_magic_header;
• cookie_packet_magic_header;
• transport_packet_magic_header;
