VLESS-TCP-XTLS-Vision-REALITY cannot connect

• SS and SS2022 can connect, but the speed is very slow.
• The same configuration for VLESS-TCP-XTLS-Vision-REALITY can connect on the phone, but the speed is also very slow.

I have tested IPv4 provided by different VPS service providers from different countries; the results are the same, with the original ping of the IP between 100-190ms.

Do you have any suggestions?
