Stats API Not Working - No Traffic Stats for Inbounds, Outbounds, or Users

Dear Xray Team,

First of all, thank you for developing and maintaining this fantastic project! Over the past week, I have been experimenting with Xray and learning a lot about its capabilities. However, I have run into an issue with the Stats API, which is not returning any traffic-related statistics for inbounds, outbounds, or users.

Issue Description

I have configured the stats-related settings in my Xray server, but when I execute API commands to retrieve stats, I get the following errors:

Even after running Xray for over an hour, with multiple active sessions and speed tests exceeding 1GB of traffic, the stats API still returns nothing.

Steps I Have Tried

1. Double-checked documentation to ensure correct API usage.
2. Restarted Xray multiple times after modifying the configuration.
3. Tested with different inbound/outbound tags and traffic sessions.
4. Ensured that traffic is flowing properly (tested multiple GB downloads).
5. Confirmed that the API is reachable and enabled in the configuration.

• Is my configuration correct for enabling stats tracking?
