Is there anyway to proxy applications ? i want my system to connect directly to internet but proxy only one app
discord for example or any other apps that doesn't support proxy

A UI can do it automatically for you if it supports the features you need

you can use all kinds of tools like v2rayn and route by the exact characteristics of the connection, like domain or ip

it's really difficult to find destination ip of apps i don't know how to do it
let's say i want to route discord or a game with wire shark it's just thousands of destination ip's and i don't know which one belongs to app

Why don't you just route everything through xray and specifically route the things you don't want to be routed to direct. Like if chatgpt doesn't work or your back doesn't work, only make exceptions for those.

Or if you just don't want to use it for a while turn off system proxy for the time being and turn it on later
