Iran Recent Rectrictions No https allowed

I came around an issue i have a node out side of iran (de - hetzner) normal https traffic cannot go to this server when i run normal nginx with ssl or http+tls in general i can't open it directly unless i use something like tor or website access testers that check from outside of iran in that case every thing works fine.
the only way to send http traffic to this node is thru plain http how ever if you do that your traffic gets inspected and dropped by dpi therefor ray-core transports without tls or any sort of encryption doesn't work.

is there any work around for this ?, like a way to encrypt data inside client send it as unencrypted data over http to germany node and decrypt it inside there?
i tried to put nginx (plain http) as front which forward traffic to xray with Xhttp+Trojan+Tls config but it doesn't work...
