No, tried turning off routeonly and also used a clean build made from your branch but still same. Could you please test these two sites on your end and see if they work correctly.

Hi, Thanks again for being very helpful. I probably had issue with building core but now after clean building everything. Its working fine. I have tested all modes on android and windows and all strategies work exactly like your documentation and logs are visible too under target. Happy eyeballs is working fine too. Thanks!! This one should definitely be merged!
