DNS 规则似乎有问题，或者不知道为什么没有按照文档说明运行

你在dns模块中，指定将域名baidu.com解析为127.0.0.1。"domainStrategy"写的位置错误，它应该在routing模块中。而且"ForceIP"已经被淘汰了，按照你的本意，应写为"domainStrategy": "IPOnDemand"。dns模块的查询流量和inbounds模块的流量都从outbounds模块流出。改完再试试。
