There are two servers - RU and EU, both running on VLESS+Reality with the Remnawave panel.
I want to implement something like a fallback, which, when a client connects, checks the availability of the EU server:
If available -> connect to EU.
If not -> connect to RU.
The problem right now: all clients connect to RU, even if EU is available, which causes the RU server to be heavily loaded and consume a lot of traffic.
A solution is needed that will connect clients to the EU server if it is available, and if not, connect them to the RU server.
If possible, without a 3rd proxy server through which all the traffic would also have to pass.
