It is specifically built woth neurodivergence in mind.
I haven't gotten around to trying it out myself yet because I just set up Asana a few months ago. I'll update once I do try; I actually came here looking for a stance on it.

There is an open-source version available that is self-hostable.
When using their provided hosting, there are paid models only. These include some additional features compared to the open-source version like for example AI assistance.
