drivers: i3c: shell: fixup rstact

Both zephyrproject-rtos#78823 and zephyrproject-rtos#78807 merged at around the same time. This made it so
the shell didn't compile when zephyrproject-rtos#78823 was stacked on top as it did not run
with the test build. This fixes the compile issues.
