C# SDK docs are 404

The links to the various SDK docs work except for the ones for dotnet:

When looking at the docs for other languages/frameworks, if you choose C# from the dropdown menu top left it also takes you to the same 404 page:

https://xeroapi.github.io/Xero-NetStandard/accounting/index.html

Pls fix.
