C# API Documentation still 404-ing after 2 weeks

Opening a new issue to re-attract attention
As mentioned in #613 , the C# NetStandard documentation is broken.
I have been blocked for over a week as a result.

Please fix, this is far too long for public documentation to be broken and just left completely unaddressed.
