I am having some issues with the onic shell/driver. I have been using if for a while and built custom logic to go in the 250MHz block. It had been working well but recently I have had issues with the CMAC linking. I believe it is related to the reset changes that were rolled in as part of a pull request on August 17, 2022. With these driver changes, my device no longer links to the switch.
I have cloned and built unmodified open-nic-shell and driver project and have the same issue. It does not work properly.
Reverting the code change from August 17, 2022 allows the device to link with the switch, but data is not going out of the CMAC. The packet counters in the packet adapter increment, but they do not hit the switch.
I am using a u55n and u55c. Both have the issue. Vivado 2021.2.
Has anyone else had issues with this change?
