Support block.prevrandao in solidity 0.8.18

The global variable block.prevrandao is introduced from solidity 0.8.18. I deployed a test contract on apothem network.

pragma solidity 0.8.18;

contract PrevrandaoTest{
    function getBlockDifficulty() public view returns(uint256) {
        return block.difficulty;
    }

    function getBlockPrevrandao() public view returns(uint256) {
        return block.prevrandao;
    }
}

But the return value of getBlockPrevrandao() is always 10 as below:

The return value of getBlockPrevrandao() is random.

Should we implement the random function of block.prevrandao?
