Docker Mainnet node not syncing

Hi Team,

I'm trying the docker setup for XDC Mainnet as given here: https://docs.xdc.network/xdcchain/developers/node_operators/masternode/#setup-xdc-masternodestandby-node-using-docker
The required p2p ports are open

My container starts but gives this error:
ERROR[09-18|07:42:27] Failed to retrieve block author err="recovery failed" number=0 hash=4a9d74…42d6b1
ERROR[09-18|07:42:43] Failed to retrieve block author err="recovery failed" number=0 hash=4a9d74…42d6b1

Please help.

I followed these same steps, still same error is coming

Does your node has public IP ? And is the port 30303 exposed to internet ?
