Flash tool for upgrading SIM800 wrong version?

I bought a ttgo ESP32 with sim800H and I need urgently to upgrade from 13.08 to 14.18. If I open the Flash SW and trying to start the upload I get a message like "Check you SW version" or "Wrong SW version..."
I tried Flash version 1.06 and 1.23 - both came with these messages.
I am a bit desperate, because I need to upgrade.
Can anybody melt me please?
