Explorer plugin does not show planet body that "has all materials in system" correctly when scanning a system. When there is a body that has all materials in system, notification (both voice and on screen) works fine. The list, however doesn't show the actual body, just the system name. For example...
2026-02-19 15:44:10 Eictach JU-D d13-7 All Surface Materials In System
The body should have been noted as something like: Eictach JU-D d13-7 2 f
This reflects the actual body.
